To Whom It May Concern:
The City of Niles (City) is seeking proposals from vendors (referred to hereafter as “Consultant” or “Contractor” for Outside Plant (OSP) Network Design, Fiber Route Planning and Permitting for expansion of the City Fiber Optic Network (FON).
 The City of Niles reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
All sealed proposals must be received by 11:59
A.M. October 30, 2020 to:

All questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted
